This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “VISIONARIA”) deals with the User’s personal information when the User uses any VISIONARIA’s game or service. We are committed to protecting the User’s privacy. We will never sell or otherwise pass on the User’s privacy information to a third party without the User’s consent, except when required to provide the service the User is using. VISIONARIA is required to use the personal data of all Users in accordance with the applicable laws of the land where the games are being played by the Users.

What We Collect

When the User uses any VISIONARIA game or service, the User authorizes VISIONARIA to access certain information. This information is collected to provide and improve our services and to fulfill the User’s requirements. The information includes:

User’s name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information the User has set to public on their social network accounts.
Device and carrier information such as MAC Address, IP Address, geo-location, and account information associated with the device.
Billing and financial information necessary to process User’s charges when purchasing in-game virtual items.
Technical information collected through Log Files and tracking technologies for analyzing usage, personalizing experiences, and managing advertising.

How We Use the Information We Collect

VISIONARIA uses the information solely to provide and improve the services, notify the User of important announcements, solicit feedback, and provide support. User information will not be sold or passed on to third parties without consent. If the User does not wish to receive notifications, they may manage notifications from their app or request exclusion by email.

Controlling User Personal Information

Users can terminate their account at any time, which will remove their profile and personal information from view. However, some information may be necessary for providing services, and VISIONARIA may not be able to offer services without it. Past game results or records in VISIONARIA social games will not be deleted even if the User deletes the application.

Exceptions to Restriction in Disclosure of Information or Account Information

VISIONARIA may be required to disclose User information by a competent legal authority or may voluntarily choose to do so under a reasonable belief that it is necessary for lawful purposes. VISIONARIA is not legally obligated to inform the User about the presence of such requests.

Grant of a License to Use the Service

VISIONARIA grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive limited license to access and use the services for non-commercial purposes. The chips earned or purchased in VISIONARIA’s games have no value in real currency and are not transferable. VISIONARIA reserves the right to terminate the license if a User is found violating the terms of service.

Rules and Restrictions

Failure to follow these restrictions can result in account suspension, hacking, or permanent ban:

Users under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the service.
Users must not use the service for illegal activities, transmitting spam, or using offensive language.
Users are prohibited from cheating, hacking, or using scripts to accumulate chips.
Users cannot sublicense, lease, trade, gift, sell, or otherwise transfer their account or associated virtual items without written permission from VISIONARIA.
Users must not perform reverse engineering or unauthorized use of VISIONARIA’s software.
Users must not host, post, display, or share prohibited content as outlined by VISIONARIA.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the countries where the games are played. Any dispute arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant Court with jurisdiction at the place where the registered office of VISIONARIA is situated.

Governing Agreement

By using any VISIONARIA game or service, the User agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy. VISIONARIA reserves the right to edit these terms at any time, and Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
